Their collective vision for this venture stems from a recognition of the pressing demand within the healthcare sector for enhanced operational efficiency, advanced technological solutions, and accelerated patient acquisition, particularly in response to the catalyzing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Arvind Chakravarthy, MD, MBA

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Arvind Chakravarthy is a renowned regenerative medicine specialist with a passion for healing and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of medical science. He earned his medical degree from Wayne State University and completed his residency in emergency medicine at Drexel University. He also holds an MBA from Unversity of Texas - Dallas. His early fascination with the regenerative potential of the human body led him to dedicate his career to exploring innovative ways to harness the body's natural healing abilities. Dr. Chakravarthy is an avid health enthusiast spending his time outside of work regularly at the gym.

Aaron Fletcher, MBA

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Aaron Fletcher, with over 24 years of corporate finance and M&A expertise, brings a wealth of experience as a financial analyst, specializing in capital markets transactions. His extensive background includes proficiency in assessed valuations, ad valorem, sales tax, and revenue cash flow projections. Before joining EBB, he held significant roles as director and head of analytics in regional and national broker dealer and municipal advisory firms. Known for his adept project management skills in high-volume and detail-oriented settings for complex public authorities, Mr. Fletcher also served as a senior financial analyst for consulting firms specializing in private placement financing with both domestic and international investors. Mr. Fletcher earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Memphis and a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Kentucky.

Amir Baluch, MD

Head of Scientific Advisory Board

Dr. Amir Baluch, an investor, serial entrepreneur, and fund manager at BioWise Capital, LLC, brings to the table a profound expertise in private equity and securities, underpinned by six years of experience and series 22 & 63 qualifications. With four years spent under a broker-dealer, he honed skills in opportunity evaluation, negotiation, risk mitigation, and underwriting. Holding a degree in Biochemistry from Trinity University, Dr. Baluch pursued a medical degree at Texas Tech and completed an anesthesia residency at the University of Miami, illustrating a comprehensive academic and professional background.

Mr. Craig Choate is a seasoned and meticulous attorney with extensive expertise in corporate transactions, regulatory affairs, and litigation. With three decades of experience in healthcare regulatory issues, encompassing pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and physician practices, Mr. Choate offers a wealth of knowledge for navigating the intricate and frequently perplexing regulatory frameworks associated with operating in the healthcare sector. Serving as the former general counsel of a national healthcare company, he was tasked with ensuring regulatory compliance at both the federal and state levels for all parties involved in any transaction.

 

James Chikwanha, PharmD

Chief Pharmacy Advisor

Dr. James Chikwanha, PharmD, is a seasoned healthcare leader with a track record of success. He holds a Bachelor's in Biology from Nippising University, Canada, a Bachelor's in Pharmacy from Rhodes University, South Africa, and a PharmD from Nova Eastern University, USA. With over two decades of experience, he co-owned Motto Pharmacy and transformed Stroud Compounding & Wellness Drugstore, increasing monthly sales from $10,000 to approximately $200,000. Dr. Chikwanha is known for his innovative patient care solutions and maintains PCAB Accreditation for Stroud Compounding & Wellness Drugstore. His expertise and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset in the healthcare industry.

Tony Licausi

Mrs. Carlette Stills brings over 28 years of expertise in healthcare administration, credentialing, billing & coding. She has practice management experience across fields such as family medicine, internal medicine, behavioral health and chiropractic care. As an expert in organizational structure & human resources, Carlette has supported entrepreneurs in launching their own ventures and has been featured in VoyageLA magazine. Carlette is passionate about public speaking, youth mentoring and patient advocacy. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to sporting events, spending time with her adult children, watching movies, crime shows and cooking.

 

Tonya Damaro

Controller

Ms. Damaro is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. She began her career in the IT industry at a managed services startup , where she quickly rose through the ranks to become CFO. Ms. Damaro played a pivotal role in the company's growth journey, expanding the business from 10 clients to over 8 figures in revenue, with thousands of clients around the globe. As a Controller, she works directly with our CFO to oversee all financial aspects of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Her strategic insight and leadership have been instrumental in driving the company's financial success and ensuring its continued growth and profitability.
